Ger O'Donohue of First Draft Recruitment has established Ireland's first coffee-focused recruitment company.
Talking to The Sunday Business Post about what inspired the company, O'Donohue said, "I'd initially set up First Draft Coffee five years ago to focus on training and upskilling baristas. I opened my first café in the Filmbase building in Temple Bar in Dublin 18 months ago and was busy with that, but I was getting a lot of calls from people looking for staff and others looking for jobs.
"I set up the Facebook page as a point of contact for them, but it got so busy that I realised there was a market for a recruitment company."
The company's current clients include 3fe, Bell Lane and Cloud Picker.
