Craft breweries throughout Ireland will soon be welcoming beer enthusiasts through their doors as 'Indie Beer Week' kicks off across the country on 23 June.
Touted as a celebration of independent Irish beer making, fft.ie reports that the ten day festival will encompasses a wide range of beer-related activities, such as brewery open days and tours, beer tastings, talks and charity fundraisers.
A total of 26 independent breweries will be taking part in the festivities from 23 June to 2 July, with participating venues including Blacks of Cork, 12 Acres of Laois, Rascals of Dublin, St. Mel's of Longford and Jack Cody's of Louth.
