The Comer Group has let a penthouse floor at Dublin's Number One Ballsbridge development to Coca-Cola for €101 per square foot.
Penthouse Details
According to The Irish Times, Coca-Cola's new penthouse office suite is situated on the seventh floor of the development's Building 3.
The suite extends to 19,640 square feet and overlooks the American Embassy.
