Irish drinks firm the C&C Group has revealed that sales of its Bulmers cider brand rose nearly 3% in the Republic of Ireland during the year that ended on February 28, 2019.
As reported by The Irish Times, the group said that its super-premium and craft portfolios had "another strong year", with its Dublin craft brewery increasing volumes by 35%.
Additionally, C&C Gleeson, the group's Irish distribution arm, recorded growth of 8% during the twelve month period.
Revenue And Profit
The group's net revenue in the Republic came to €219.2 million, while its operating profit amounted to €40.3 million.
Meanwhile, group revenue came to €1.57 billion during the year and profit before tax amounted to €92.9 million.
