Co. Kildare's five-star K Club hotel and golf resort has hit the market for €80 million.
As reported by The Irish Times, the Michael Smurfit-owned 550 acre estate, which played host to the 2006 Ryder Cup, includes a 134-bedroom hotel, two Arnold Palmer designed golf courses and two club houses.
It is understood that the resort's sale is being handled by Tom Barrett of Savills and it is expected to be purchased for between €70 million and €80 million.
